    I actually just found the Readlang API (https://github.com/SteveRidout/readlang-api), and it looks like it's already possible to set the the audioMap on the book. Perhaps just document that API for this feature request ?

    Yes, it would be great to have a way to turn off the tracking and just watch the video

    Please add SRT support! There are so many YouTube videos that have already been captioned and have time codes in SRT format that I'm sure Readlang could easily injest instead of making users re-sync the videos.
