Check for replies to emails sent to paying customers.
I was sent a couple of emails stating that my card had expired and the collection of my monthly subscription had failed.
The card quoted was one I had used with Readlang on a previous occasion a couple of years back.
My current card which is still valid and from which Readlang has been taking payment each month for more than the last six months, was totally ignored.
Also ignored were my emails sent in response, asking what was going on?
My premium membership has now been ceased, in fairness the "payment failed", emails I received did invite me to give new card details but I was reluctant to do so as it could have been a scam from a bogus site.
It also makes me ask how secure is my card information held with Readlang if they suddenly lose my current information and dig up an old card from their archives and submit it for payment.
I'm a big fan of Readlang but I'm really frustrated that this should happen and that nobody even responded to my emails.
