Fix highlighting when it includes markdown/italicized text
At the moment, highlighting a phrase for translation fails when it includes both regular text and formatted text. If a sentence says, e.g., "I can't believe it was her idea" (raw text: I can't believe it was *her idea*), trying to select the whole phrase won't work.

Fixing this will save a lot of headaches during translation. This is such an important update. Consistent highlighting especially with formatted text will definitely improve our workflow.

I also just encountered this bug for the first time. I've added a text in which the difficult words are marked bold and tried to translate some sentences. It took me 20 minutes to find out what was going on. At first I thought I was suddently too stupid to select words and I kept on clicking and selecting and trying for quite some time.
In a way I'm happy that this is a bug and not me being stupid.
