The inline translations are provided by Google Translate and aren't always 100% accurate. They are a very fast aid to understanding the text most of the time, and in those cases where the translations aren't perfect, you should make use of the Context Explanations (https://blog.readlang.com/2023/06/27/z1-context-aware-explanations.html) and external dictionary for extra definitions: http://blog.readlang.com/2013/10/10/more-dictionaries.html. 

Because they aren't 100% accurate, you should also make sure to verify and edit words if necessary the first time you encounter them in the flashcards.
