The book should be opened at the page it was when we last closed it
It seems that a book is opened at the farthest page that has been seen, but it seems more natural to open it at the page it was when we last closed it.
Right now, I have a book read at 3% but I only actually read around 1% (I guess I just passed some pages to see what was coming and got around the 3% mark).
That makes it really annoying to start reading that book, as every time I open it I go directly to the 3% mark and I have to manually turn pages back until the point I actually read (it does not matter if I go to the first page and close the book, I am still at 3% when I open it again).
Do you think that would be difficult to fix, Steve?
Thanks, now fixed! I’ve been thinking about this for a while and your feedback finally motivated me to get it done.

Good point. There used to be two positions stored:
- current position - this is the first word of the most recently read page, and where you will return to
- read to - this is the last word of the furthest position you've read to (or seen) in the book, which is where the ">|" button in the footer will take you and what used to be displayed in the bookshelfI've now store a third position to use on the bookshelf:
- recently read to - the last word of the most recently read page
I think it's nicer now, thanks! And please keep the suggestions coming! :-)

Thanks a lot Steve, it's way more comfortable to use now!
Just for your information, the % read in the Bookshelf tab does not seem to update properly (it still shows 3% even when I moved back to 1%).
I don't know if it's related to the issue you just fixed or if it's the same as the next one:
