An error occurred while saving the comment Masum commentedGood idea. In addition, I would suggest a dashboard that gives me information about all my languages simultaneously.

An error occurred while saving the comment Masum commentedUpdate: Steve has informed me that Duolingo has indeed bought Readlang (so open-sourcing is unlikely), and they are letting him keep it running smoothly ... but that they are unlikely to give him time to expand the feature set unless the number of active users increases.
If you want to see Readlang improve, spread the word about it and try and recruit more users!
An error occurred while saving the comment Masum commentedObviously open-sourcing would be the best (for us) solution, but I don't mind how new development gets done as long as the software continues to grow.
Any chance Duolingo would buy this product? I went premium on ReadLang after a day of using it; I haven't yet found any reason to spend a single penny on Duolingo -- so I'm sure there's a potential revenue stream here.
One cheap way to implement this would be to forget about trying to support separable verbs in the reader, but support them via editing of the flash card. For example, suppose you come across the sentence "Wir stehen sehr früh am Morgen auf.", and you recognize that "aufstehen" is a separable verb. You would click on the main stem, "stehen", and that would get saved as a card.
Then when you edit the card, the "Deutsch" field would support a syntax like "stehen ... auf", and use it to understand which words to mask and show when the card is shown in Learning mode.
No where near perfect, but better than nothing.
