Remove multiple entries when you de-select words
When I click something like a sentence like: I like goats very much.I'll highlight:
I like goats - then I might de-select it and then highlight
I like goats very - then I might de-select it and then highlight
I like goats very muchAnd then when i check my word list I have 3 entries that are almost identical. So my point is when I de-highlight/deselect you shouldnt save all those variations of entries?

Track time of how long you've been reading a book/article
It would be nice if you could automatically track time while a book/article is open. And then when you click out of the book/article the tracker would stop. This way you can see how long each book takes you to read.

Allow to separate all vocab from starred vocab specifically in each different book/article
Vocab for each book/article is already separated. However, I like to only add my starred vocab to anki. I add vocab lists for each book I finish. It would be nice to be able to select all starred vocab but specifically the starred vocab only for that book that I completed.

Save words as their lexeme, rather than their conjugated form.
I find that when I am learning vocabulary, I need to learn the word in it's unconjugated form first, then learn to apply the grammar rules later. It would be nice if there was a toggle feature than allows you to save the word as its lexeme, or if it could be automatically included as part of the word list.
For example (in French):
Français: Fais
Lexeme: Faire
Context: Je fais un gâteau.1 vote -
Third-party apps to view the clipboard history on Android
However, you can see the clipboard history on Android by default. But if you can not see that due to any reason then you can use some third-party apps to view the history. Gboard is one of them. It is a very famous app where you can see your clipboard history. Firstly, you need to install the Gboard app and set it as your default keyboard. Now, type anywhere with that keyboard. Then click on the clipboard icon that is shown above the letters. Then click on “Turn on Clipboard” Now, copy the text that you want to save to…

Level of proficiency
Hi,
I only wanted to know how you calculate the level (A1 to C1) for a text? That would be very useful so I can justify wich text to use with my students.
Thanks a lot

Please add Uzbek!
Hello I really love Readlang! I've been studying Uzbek for a long time. I would love it if you were able to add Uzbek on here. I really appreciate everything. :)

make it easier to add your own translation straightaway
Other similar apps/software allow you to write in your own definition of a word or phrase immediately without having to click (in Readlang's case) several times on the word/phrase or navigate to a different panel. This would be a really helpful addition to Readlang for me (especially when reading Latin) as - at the moment - the automatic translations are often not sufficient and the current method for adding your own translation is quite time-consuming (compared to just having the word pop up in the side panel and being able to input translation immediately).

Require typing the correct phrase when incorrect
For the option of typing in a phrase or word, when we get it wrong it just moves on to the next card. I feel like requiring/allowing the user to type in the correct answer even if the answer is visible allows for some internalization and output. As it is now, the input field becomes inactive.
For me personally it helps to type the correct answer in the address bar a few times to output it a few times myself, so think it'd be nice to have as part of the user flow.

Support images
Hi,
Some books have images/photos stored in .epub file. But for the moment, it's not supported by ReadLang. When I upload my .epub file, photos are gone.
I hope you can implement this. Thank you!1 vote -
Support for PDFs on Goethe Institute and Other Access Controlled PDF Readers
Goethe Institute, Hoopla, and other free access libraries have a ton of content for language learners. But the browser extension doesn't work in these PDF readers.
I would love to see the browser extension offer support for these kinds of PDFs.

The site is slow
I often have to wait a few seconds for the next page to load and for sentences to be translated.

Possibilities to create decks similar to anki
Hello, I wish there was an option to create decks for different types instead of just "word list". This would help a lot, because sometimes there are certain expressions that we would hardly use and other very useful. Even with the possibility to favorite the words and phrases it is still quite limited.
finally, I want to congratulate the whole team for this wonderful extension, I'm enjoying it6 votes -

support upload of Youtube SRT files
that shouldn't be a big fix and would make the video-syn function much smoother, and in general the readlang product much more attractive!

Update or Change Persian Dictionary
Most Persian translations especially in academic texts do not have related meanings and are meaningless. Automatically the definitions are selected and suggested from the first simple meanings from an old version of the dictionary. Connect a better-updated dictionary, please.

Add capacity to create new Word lists
I'm learning Swedish and like to sit reading my texts in hardcopy or on my computer with Readlang open in a browser. The program is super useful. It would be handy to add a feature so that users could create their own word lists. E.g. I would like to review all the words I've added to Readlang for the day as flashcards but at the moment all the words just go into one growing pool of words. The closest thing is to list the words by 'most recent' and then go to flashcards from there.
