Options to separate selected phrases
Sometimes I don't understand a phrase but I want each word in the phrase to be a separate flash card. Could it be possible, if a phrase is selected, to cycle through the options of selecting the whole phrase, having each word as a separate selection and deselecting all, as currently when you select a word followed by another word and then tap again it switches to a single word selection again. Also a selection delay of say 3 seconds before saving a flashcard so it doesn't save duplicates because you have been trying to select a phrase?

Add the option of formatting the flashcafd so the word and the English definition are both on the front of the card
Love your site. Would it be possible for you to add the option of changing the format of the flash cards so that that definition and word are both on the front of the card? in my previous experience in learning another language the traditional format of answer on the back is too taxing and ineffective and unrewarding . I can't believe they made us make flash cards in this format during compulsory education

Integrated dictionaries no longer seem to work with arabic script
The default dictionary for arabic no longer seems to work, and my attempts to add others haven't proven fruitful so far (e.g. http://www.almaany.com/en/dict/ar-en/{{query}}).
Any idea what might be wrong?

Please add a dictionary form to the flashcards
For example I'm learning German. Nouns in German have one of three genders and to be able to use the word correctly, one has to know its gender. So when I'm learning words I need to learn their gender as well.
0 votesIf you click the small pencil icon at the bottom right of the flashcard it will open it for editing. In the edit panel there will be a dictionary entry for the word. This dictionary is even customizable: https://readlang.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/279539-changing-the-dictionary

What is the hell in my word list
There are not my words here. How is it possible?

This is a real good app, but It`s difficult to me enter everytime you send me an email I mean that it would be easier if i can select and set up the time for example; every 15.30 or 60 minutes and so that It appears in my screen a small popùp In the lower right corner to remind me it

Organize Websites Into Folders
The websites listed under Websites tab could be organized by category, such as News, Information, etc.

To provide a print option
I'd like to print out /or copy formatted/ the text with my new words highlighted, the printing of the selected words in a table would also be great.

Let us edit definitions
Some definitions are misleading or missing, for example 電話 means both phone and phonecall but the translator says only "phone". It'd be fantastic if we could edit the definitions and add in our own usage notes or whatever.

If a word can have two different translations I either:
- Add both translations separated by a slash – e.g. “phone / phonecall”
or:
- Add a minimal amount of surrounding context to the original word to make it a short phrase which is then less ambiguous and can have just one translation.

Correct typos on your site
This was written in the settings section:
"a translation appears above each clicked word, and the dictinary shows additional translations into English"
Notice anything wrong there. It doesn't give me a lot of confidence in your product when something that would be flagged in any spellchecker is left on your site.

Learn the difference between å, ä and a
When I am trying to do Swedish your program seems to think these are all the same letters. They are not.
For instance, Readlang gives the same definition for håll as for hall. These are two different words.
If the A1 lessons are so wrong how can I trust anything more difficult.

where is my word list!!!
I just registered last week, and have been adding lots of words to my word list, today suddenly my word list become empty! Any explanation???

The option to edit a translation direcltly when reading
and give more than one translation to choose from judging on context.
Also the translations are often not in the right verb tense or conjugated properly in the english (spanish to english)

On Google docs, words do not highlight past the first page. This would be a helpful addition.

Add the cover or a picture for our ebooks
Hi Steve I'm learning English at the the moment and I would like to thank you for this fantastic website.

option to re-order word list
It would be helpful to be able to re-order the word list in chronological or reverse chronological (or alpha) order, so we could review the words in the order we first saw them in the text, or to reverse that order. On bank statements, for example, you can click the header of a date column to do this.

“Oldest”: Chronological order
“Recently Added”: Reverse chronological order -
Recognize -icx- (-iĉ-) suffix for esperanto
Although -icx- (-iĉ-) isn't official, many people use it, and it would be helpful if readlang somehow recognized this suffix and provided a translation for words that use it.
